Trip Summary

Steffen's Rum River Guide Service will be offering half and full-day guided fishing trips for smallmouth bass from the boat. We will spend a day on the water casting along the bank of the river for one of Minnesota's most aggressive species of fish. The guide will reach out to you two days before the trip to let you know the exact details. The fishing trips will be between St. Francis and the Anoka dam depending on water levels and time of year.

Equipment

The Rum River at times can be quite dicey, consisting of shallow water and large boulders. There is no better way to motor up and down the river than the 1860 G3 Jon Boat. This boat consists of a 80/115 HP Outboard Jet Motor (shown in the picture above). Steffen's Rum River Guide Service offers full-service fishing trips for smallmouth bass. We will provide all of your fishing rods, tackle, bait, and gear.

You will need your Minnesota fishing license and make sure to dress appropriately for the weather!

Rates

4 Hour Trip - $300

For 1 - 2 people ($50 per additional person, up to 3 people)

8 Hour Trip - $450

For 1 - 2 people ($50 per additional person, up to 3 people)

These trips are for 1- 3 people with gear and tackle provided.
